Company
The company behind Pest.gg
Besides the guides, Pest.gg is developing an indoor rodent trap. It’s still in development and not on sale yet.

We started by watching rats.
In 2024, we began in kitchens and other real rodent environments, studying how rats move, how existing tools are used, and where they fall short.
Then we started building — testing different structures, electronics and detection methods with real wild rats, not just lab assumptions.

Our first prototypes were built for pest-control professionals.
But the more we tested, the clearer it became: the people living with the problem needed something different — a product designed around the whole experience, not just the moment of capture.
That became Pest.gg.
How we build
Three principles shape the products we make.

We test in real environments and design around what actually happens — not what should happen on paper.

Safety is built into the hardware, sensing and control logic from the beginning, not added at the end.

Placement, catching, handling, cleaning and monitoring all matter if a product is going to be genuinely useful.
“If it only works in the lab, it doesn’t work.”
What we believe at Pest.gg

Tested beyond the lab.
We learn from how rats actually move, enter, react and escape — then build around it.
Who We
Work With
We learn fastest alongside people who deal with rodent problems every day — from pest-control professionals and restaurants to markets, property operators and testing partners.
